But mindfulness? What exactly does that mean? We understand it to mean techniques that are just as effective at helping us relax and reduce stress as the first three mentioned above. You don't need any equipment for this, because mindfulness begins in the mind. If we assume that most of our stress arises in the mind, we can conclude that relaxation also begins in the mind.
