Family & Tradition
Opened in 1930 by founding father Georg Schüle as a small guesthouse in Oberstdorf, SCHÜLE'S Gesundheitsresort & Spa is now one of the leading hotels in the field of medical wellness. In 1952, Theo Schüle, representing the second generation, joined the hotel business with new visions. Extensive renovations, structural expansions, and the introduction of Kneipp and Schroth cures opened a new chapter at SCHÜLE'S.
Today, the hotel is run with heart and soul by Karl-Arnold and Katrin Schüle, the third generation of the family. The fourth generation has also gained a foothold in the family business with Sebastian Schüle joining in 2020. Although the hotel has undergone a number of structural changes over its 90-year history, its warmth and hospitality, as well as its goal of holistically improving well-being and quality of life, have remained unchanged over the years.
