Arrival - Departure - Stay

On the day of departure, we will make the room available to you by 10:00 am. We ask for your understanding that the room cannot usually be occupied before 16:00.
Adults-only concept: As we are an adults-only hotel and focus on peace and relaxation, the minimum age for a stay with us at SCHÜLE'S is 16 years.

Billing

Billing is always and exclusively between you and our hotel on departure. You will receive the invoice for accommodation and treatments separately in duplicate at the end of your stay. Therapeutic services are charged in accordance with our broschure "Vital & Spa", irrespective of any reimbursable maximum amounts. We reserve the right to increase prices at short notice due to special circumstances. Medical fees are charged separately by our doctors in accordance with the GOÄ (scale of fees for doctors). The individual services are not split up when invoicing an offer/arrangement.

Payment

For a sanatorium cure, we ask you to pay a deposit of EUR 500.00 per person by bank transfer when you make your booking. In addition, we ask for a deposit of 50% of the total price by the day of arrival by bank transfer, credit card or on site by EC card, credit card or in cash. When booking the standard rate, we ask for a deposit of EUR 25 % of the total price by bank transfer or credit card.

Pets

Please understand that pets are not permitted.

Voucher order

Value vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue. Treatment and day spa vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issue. Should there be any price adjustments to treatment and day spa vouchers in the meantime, the difference must be paid on site. The voucher will only be sent after successful and complete payment. Cash payment and the return of vouchers is not possible. To redeem the voucher, the original printed voucher must be presented on site.

Terms and conditions and cancellation policy

Cancellation free of charge depends on the booked length of stay and rate. Reservations made within the standard rate can no longer be canceled free of charge. In addition, a deposit of 25% of the total price must be paid upon completion of the booking. Reservations made within the Flex rate can be canceled free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. No deposit is required for this. Please note that the Flex Rate is subject to availability and is not available all year round.

The hotel may choose to charge the guest a flat-rate cancellation fee instead of a specifically calculated compensation. Cancellation fees are set depending on the respective rate, length of stay and board. The compensation shall amount to a maximum of the price contractually agreed between the guest and the hotel for the service to be provided by the hotel, less the value of the expenses saved by the hotel.

Meals not consumed

We ask for your understanding that meals not consumed will not be reimbursed.

Parking Spaces

Sufficient parking spaces are available. A spacious underground parking space can be booked for a fee of EUR 11.

Smoking

In the interests of our guests' health, SCHÜLE'S Gesundheitsresort & Spa is a completely non-smoking establishment.
