SCHÜLE'S garden features a lovingly tended herb garden set against the stunning backdrop of the Allgäu Alps. Our kitchen team uses the fresh herbs to conjure up culinary delights. From oregano and basil to exotic spices and medicinal plants, you will find a wide variety of herbs with different effects and distinctive flavors. For anyone interested, our herb experts regularly hold herb seminars, give tips on cooking with herbs, or take you on a discovery tour through the meadows of Oberstdorf. Because, as Sebastian Kneipp already knew, “there is a herb to cure every ailment.”

In summer, you can dine outside on our terrace with a view of the Allgäu mountains.

Start your day full of energy with our regional and varied breakfast buffet. Late risers are then welcomed with a small but delicious late riser breakfast. Our daily changing healthy lunch snack provides the perfect energy boost at midday, followed by a selection of delicious cake specialties in the afternoon.
You can round off the day in style with our 5-course evening menu, which offers a choice of meat, fish, or vegetarian main courses. We are also happy to offer you a selection of fine wines; our service team will be happy to advise you.
Our diet-trained kitchen team is committed to meeting your individual dietary requirements, nutritional needs, allergies, and intolerances. If you have a gluten or lactose intolerance, for example, we will be happy to take this into account. In addition to vegetarian meals, a selection of individual vegan dishes is also available. Please note that full vegan catering is not possible.
