- Service, food and beverage knowledge
Vocational school:In the first year of training approx. 16 weeks of block instruction
In the second or third 9 weeks of block instruction
Career prospects:After successfully completing their training and gaining a few years of professional experience in the bar and restaurant departments, restaurant specialists can progress from commis de rang to department manager, restaurant director or commercial director.
