Managing the housekeeping team:You will coordinate all housekeeping and guest comfort activities and lead a dedicated team responsible for cleanliness, tidiness and the general feel-good factor.
Guest care:You ensure that the wishes and needs of our guests are always met in terms of room comfort and cleanliness.
Quality assurance:You will monitor compliance with the high quality standards and ensure that all processes are carried out efficiently and to the satisfaction of the guests.
Maintenance and servicing:In cooperation with the technical department, you will ensure that the room equipment is regularly checked and that all facilities are in perfect working order.
Scheduling:Youwill be responsible for planning and organizing the housekeeping team and creating rosters
Training and development:You promote the continuous training and motivation of your team and ensure a high level of employee motivation and retention.
Communication:You are the main point of contact for other departments and ensure a smooth flow of information, especially regarding guest requests and requirements.
Your profile:
Completed training in the hotel industry, gastronomy or comparable professional experience
Several years of experience in a comparable position, ideally in an upscale hotel or similar establishment
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Organizational talent and a high sense of responsibility
Passion for outstanding guest service and high quality standards
Flexibility and ability to work under pressure in a dynamic working environment
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
